4 Benefits Of Outsourcing Tasks You Would Rather Have Outsourced

When it comes to outsourcing work, it's best to do this on the tasks that you would rather have outsourced, try and find the areas that you lack the discipline and are not good at really and have these job tasks outsourced to other people who can do the job better.

Stick to what you are good at, and leave the rest to others who are good at that.

Outsourcing work can relieve the workload off you in the following ways:

1. It may give you more time to focus on a specific area of your business and actually get it done, so many times have I personally started something, only to put it on the back shelf, whilst other things had to be done at the same time.

2. Outsourcing could provide a network partnership that could be profitable in the future as a joint venture, thus making the effort applied shared by you both. Try to look for new joint venture partners on a regular basis.

3. What if you got someone else to do all the things in your daily routine that you just hated, such as checking emails, article writing, some marketing methods.
This could free up some time for you and your family, after all a work from home business should have it's perks, away from a regular job.

4. Outsourcing can provide the work to be done in a different way than you would normally do it, most times this produces good results as it keeps your business fresh with others input and effort.

3 top reasons why you should be building a smaller niche under your large niche market

The benefits of expansion are paramount to your success online, once established as a niche blog, or website, you then have the potential to grow your network by advancing your content to be super information on the internet.

I would like to draw your attention to the 3 best reasons why you should build one sub category or many sub categories under your main niche market enterprise:

1. Variety of product.

By giving a variety of products that all relate to your main product, you are providing a specific area of niche market products or services that will, the same applies to new blogs, web sites, a sub topic that relates to the main one always expands upon the original content source, so always keep in mind that when you write a blog post, article or other collection of useful words, try and take note of other sub titled topics you could tag onto or include later on for your sub topic niches.

2. Smaller niches are all part of your marketing funnel.

Typically when promoting content the idea is to direct your readers through the other levels of content, so that you link and lead them through all avenues of potentially useful information that is really focused and targeted to a specific interest area. On blogs this becomes exceptionally useful to link to related posts in your blog archive and it's this funnel activity that drives readers well into your blog or even website.

All sub topics have a part to play, but they should never ever stand on their own, they should be linked always to the main source, so as to always be connected to the main event.

3. Smaller niches are easier to dominate.

If you have done your homework in keyword research, then you have the ability to dominate smaller niche market search terms that link to your main niche. So just think if you dominate lots of seperate smaller niches that surround the main one, you will eventually build a loyal following of targeted visitors and readers.

Our First Guest Post By....

Today is our first ever guest post by Sara Coltan, I'm always happy to help out where I can, so long as there are no obvious affiliate links or anything else for that matter, so to anyone else who wants to submit their own articles to my blog, sure! But be reminded this is a two way thing, and I may turn round and ask if I could place an article on your website or blog.

Why An Internet Business Mentor?

Would you rather be a slave to your business, or have the
freedom to do whatever you want with your time? If you are
like most people who want to make money online, the answer
is obvious...

So when you imagine your ideal Internet business, do you
see yourself taxed by a never ending to-do list? In my
experience, most people see themselves traveling the world
rather than being stuck running all aspects of their online
businesses themselves.

So why are you putting off taking steps to distance yourself
from those day-to-day activities that are wasting your time?

Why not get a handle on those aspects of your business
you find yourself executing day after day, week after week?

What is keeping you from documenting those activities and
formalizing them into business procedure?

What stops you from combining routine and common tasks
that get performed over and over and turning them into
systems that others can execute for you?

Is fear holding you back? Many have walked over coals
and have gotten over worse fears. Plenty of people get over
phobias every day.

Would you believe the one of the biggest fears people have
is the fear of succeeding? Are you afraid of succeeding?

Whatever your fear, you can overcome it. It is all in your
head. Challenge your assumptions. Look at beliefs that are
holding you back and that are keeping you from your dreams.

Is it that you are bored? Maybe that is a clue you should
outsource certain tasks and procedures, because even though
these activities might be necessary to your business,
they are not getting you jazzed up. And so they more than
likely are not a good use of your time.

Is it uncertainty? Maybe you're not even sure exactly what
you should systematize, automate and outsource. I subscribe
to the belief that action is better than no action. One of
my mentors told me about a niche site he set up. He had a
ghostwriter write fifty autoresponders for him. It was not
world-class copywriting, but his site did much better than
competitors who had no autoresponder follow-up at all.

So what if you make mistakes? If you are committed to
constantly improving yourself and your business, you know
that we learn from our mistakes. Tell that to the
perfectionist in you.

As you consider what I've said, think about how much time
you are investing in your business. Have you sat down and
looked at the things that need to be done on a regular
basis to see your business thrive... eventually without
you?

Are you getting these activities done, either by doing them
yourself or by having someone else help you execute?

Video Marketing And Paydotcom Affiliate Distribution

Here is a video link to paydotcom a marketplace for affiliates who want to promote other peoples products to earn online, it gives a quick overview of the market, so if you are an affiliate marketer or you are new to affiliate marketing, then check this video out.

Video and web marketing is equally important if you get to the point and provide useful insights into the product or service you are recommending, the presentaion doesn't have to be expensive, far from it, just a simple understanding of the principles of video marketing which are:

1. Clear direct benefits - benefits are what people or potential customers want to hear, something that targets their emotional response to make a purchase, this could be financial mainly, but there are others such as being free from stress and other worries.

2. Simple to understand - Being direct with the benefits is a clear indication that you are being clear and providing easy to understand content for your viewers.

3. Good Presentation Skills - This could be your own voice that is heard on the audio, but also mixed with the presentation of your screen capture slideshow or actual video, you need to convey a sense of enthusiasm in your videos, a passion that could transfer to your video viewers too.

Need Products For Your Website?

Products that don't cost a penny?

Then there are lots of places out there that provide either joint venture partnerships or actual reseller products, but perhaps the best one online that I've seen is the one at Surefire wealth you can join for free and earn for free from the products that are available, all you have to do is download them and unzip them and upload them to your own websites, within the files they provide full instructions on how to do this for the technically challenged.

Digital information products are what the internet is all about, as information on any subject can be used to build an internet business, this site provides you with the opportunity to build an online business from the many digital products that are on offer here, Resell Rights products are when you have the rights to resell the product, but still retain the authors original name on the product, this has a quality benefit of almost being a joint venture if you market it right as you can write a small sales page with the authors name and your name together to make this a more powerful marketing campaign, because if you think about it if someone already has a handful of products out there, then they will already have a list of customers and an interested audience in the niche market that they subscribe to.

The affiliate program also has some great earning potential too, all you could do is promote the affiliate program located here, just sign up for a free account and use all of the promotional tools you get in your account

I blog, therefore, I exist!

A lot of people in life and the situations we find ourselves in, really like to hear the sound of their own voices far too often and what they say might be great and all, but what it all boils down to is if you blog, do you contribute something that has meaning for your readers if any?

I sat down the other day and I did a search for new blogs to comment on, as you should be doing quite often in blogging don't you know, and I found and noticed a trend that is apparent in many blogs online today, there is this tendency to either waffle about a topic or even a product review, but not provide key benefits of the product.

This may be down to the fact that they did not research that well or was just plain lazy at the idea of doing any form of in depth research towards making any affiliate sales, I mean if you are going to do something half arsed then why bother! or in fact they could be new bloggers and they have to start somewhere so I salute you dear action taker at least you are trying, but it's the bloggers and web masters that expect something for nothing that really causes me to be physically sick.

Blogging should be about enjoying what you do and you must like to write or there would be no point, monetizing your blogs is important but it's the interaction that we should be concerned about as this is what may have a positive impact on the success of the blog you own.

Sorry for the rant, but I only want to blog about things that will benefit others and present useful content that will hopefully make other people want to start their blogs, I am only one person and there are many bloggers, but just take a step back and think why are you really blogging, what do you hope to achieve?, Quick cash? or a long term niche blog that will generate income over time?

Article Marketing Online Tips

Article marketing is one of the easiest promotional methods you will ever start in your internet marketing career, first of it's free usually and quite rightly should be too, second it is one of the best methods of gaining more backlinks to your blog or website by providing original content that makes readers want to go to your site to find out more about you or the topics that you write about.

Thinking up new articles though is time consuming but it can be done quite quickly if you are organized and methodical in your approach to marketing through this way.

Regularly brainstorming post titles can spark new blog posts and doing it this way you can plan your week ahead in blog posts in as little as one hour a week, remember planning takes a small amount and then takes time off the main task as all you need to do is type while you think, if this makes any sense at all, after all the post title is usually enough for you to think up different angles to write about.

Delivering a niche specific product review

When it comes to the time of reviewing a product that you have used and it's within your niche market, there are some points to note about starting your review;

And they are quite easy to remember,

=> first you have to identify the benefits of the product and tap into the emotional benefits that will make the buyer purchase from reading your useful product review.

=> Also to know the product you are promoting, maybe you own the product so you will know some technical details if needed and more on the benefits of owning the information product if it is an ebook or report.

=> Try to write in your own words your review as someone elses review is well... someone elses review, plus copying and pasting a pre made article review is classed as duplicate content and this is penalized within the search engines, so always strive to write from your own personal view on things, especially if you own your own blog, you need to learn this anyway.

Read this article on Planning your week to make money is important

Creating your blog posts with targeted keywords and content

Finding your main keywords that you want to target for your chosen niche or subject area, you can start to write your blog posts with a view to adding targeted keywords within your content, bold highlighted and hyperlink your targeted keywords and maybe link to your archived posts that are related to your subject area from your blog archive.

Search Engine Marketing is an important aspect of any website venture!

You should have one main keyword or keyword phrase that will rank highly in the search engines.
page rank counts towards more visitors and blog readers.

Planning your weekly blog posting is essential for your blog to be updated and get more regular readers for your blogs content, this excercise can be compared to sorting through your marketing lists.

Targeted Advertising has it's uses aswell, you could add contextual advertising links within your blogs content, again linking to related keywords and older posts you have already posted in your archive, or you could add well placed and positioned ads that match the colours of your blog theme, so they have more chance of getting clicked on and people or companies purchasing ads on your blog.

Earning Profits Online From A Blog

There are many ways to earn profits online using a blog, first you need to find a niche market to write daily posts about, you need to see about optimizing your blog posts and treating them like full articles, adding external links and other inbound links that add value to your blog, also you can do this with adding adsense ad units and other alternative revenue ad units to your blog, this provides more places to go for your visitors and readership.

You aren't limited to what you can do with a blog you can write reviews of a product or service that has an affiliate program, so you could potentially earn from these useful reviews and there are many affiliate programs on the internet today to choose from, you can write a journal of your day to day business and how you market online with your blog as your main tool, you can keep alot of people informed this way and provide highly useful content to others who have subscribed to your blog.

That's why an autoresponder could be used to add further email tutorials or weekly tips about your niche topic, I prefer to do a mixture of different approaches and see how that is recieved in terms of traffic and other ways of tracking, I use Google Analytics to see how this is done and what traffic sources brought visitors to my blog or website, right down to the actual keywords that was used to bring new readers to my blog.

There is other software and resources out there that can be of great benefit to you if you want a quick understanding of how blogs can earn a profit

Alternatively you can visit Problogger.net for a comprehensive guide and highly informative posts on making money with blogs, also other important information such as blog traffic and content creation.

Important Points Of Comment Collaboration

I was wondering here online, how many bloggers actually comment useful comments on other peoples blogs, and by useful comments I mean, do you give good feedback on others blog posts? do you ask further questions? Do you contribute well to someone elses thoughts that they have spent time and effort in relating to their blog readership?

These are questions that you need to answer fully to make sure you are networking effectively and adding a sense of worth to other blog writers out there, after all how many of us have started a blog and the first ever comments you get are spam ones with links to half related sites or worse blatant affiliate links, this just upsets me and I will more than likely delete the comment if this happens.

First of all you need to think of the person you are commenting on, what their blog is really about, how they took the time to write their blog posts and why they are doing it, they obviously love what they are writing about especially more so if their blog is regularly updated, so how do you contribute good quality comments that really add to the blogs content...

Simple just read and be inspired and comments will come, don't force url links in as this would just get flagged as spam and get deleted, instead write something that will either compliment the blogger or just write honestly, this will get more attention especially if you comment on how useful the article content was to you.
